The Delhi High Court on Tuesday dismissed a plea seeking removal of AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal as Delhi Chief Minister. The petitioner sought Kejriwal’s removal saying he was accused in a case relating to alleged assault of then Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash. "Prosecution is still going on. He may get acquitted. What will you do then?" the court said.
