After her son Ayaan was diagnosed with OMS, Alka Sharma of Himachal Pradesh founded Angel Disability & Orphanage Home, providing free physiotherapy, speech therapy, and acupressure to differently abled children. Selling jewellery worth ₹15 lakh, she established and relocated the home. Since 2018, over 160 children have been treated, with 30 now receiving care and many regaining near-normal lives.
