Hindu freedom fighter Jogesh Chandra Roy, who was part of the 1971 Liberation War, and his wife Suborna Roy were found murdered with their throats slit at their home in Bangladesh. Their bodies were discovered by neighbours after repeated knocks at their door went unanswered. India has repeatedly raised concerns over rising attacks on Hindus and other minorities in Bangladesh.
