Union Minister Arun Jaitley on Friday criticised Congress for promising to scrap Triple Talaq law if it comes to power, saying, "History has repeated itself...with a mindset of cruelty." Jaitley was referring to former PM Rajiv Gandhi's decision to overturn High Court's judgment on the Shah Bano case. "Thirty-two years later his son has taken another retrograde step," he added.
