After PM Narendra Modi asked Indians to light a candle or diya for 9 minutes on April 5, Shiv Sena's Sanjay Raut tweeted, "When people were asked to clap, they crowded the roads....I just hope now they don't burn down their own houses." Raut added, "'diya to jalalenge' but please tell us what the government is doing to improve condition".
