According to a Sky News report, HSBC's board is looking to sell its operations in Canada. The HSBC board had reportedly directed JP Morgan's investment bankers to contact potential purchasers of the bank's domestic operations. According to an analyst, the value of HSBC's Canadian subsidiary could be in the region of $7 billion.
