To mark the World Cancer Day on Monday, Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar tweeted, "Human mind can overcome any disease #WorldCancerDay." The 63-year-old is suffering from a pancreatic ailment and is currently admitted at the Institute Rotary Cancer Hospital at AIIMS, New Delhi. Parrikar was diagnosed with a pancreatic ailment in February last year.
