Hyderabad Police has announced a reward of ₹10 lakh for information on Pallakonda Raju, suspected to be 30 years old, who allegedly raped and murdered a six-year-old girl in Saidabad. Releasing information about the suspect, police said he is about 5.9 feet tall and has long hair. "He is wearing a cap...red scarf around his neck," police added.
