The government ordered IndiGo to reduce its operations by 10% as its "mismanagement of crew rosters, flight schedules and inadequate communication" caused chaos for lakhs of passengers. "While abiding by it, IndiGo will continue to cover all its destinations as before," Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu said. He also ordered the airline to expedite remaining refunds and baggage handovers.
