India and China on Friday held the first meeting of the high-level people-to-people exchanges mechanism, which was co-chaired by External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and her Chinese counterpart Wang Yi. Both the countries agreed on '10 pillars' of cooperation to enhance cultural and people-to-people exchanges, Swaraj said during the inaugural session of the 3rd India-China High-Level Media Forum.
