The Finance Ministry, in its Macroeconomic Report for June, has said that India flattened the COVID-19 curve to a "great extent" with early containment measures, adding the country has one of the lowest death rates. It said that early "green shoots" of economic revival have emerged in May and June with indicators like electricity and fuel consumption seeing an improvement.
