After months of uncertainty, India is set to secure broadcasting rights for the FIFA World Cup 2026. Shaji Prabhakaran, the former General Secretary, AIFF, has confirmed that negotiations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup broadcast rights in India are done. The deal, reportedly valued at USD 30-35 million, will allow fans to watch all 104 matches. A formal announcement is expected next week.
