India has reported 9,062 new COVID-19 cases and 36 deaths in the last 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Active cases in the country went down to 1,05,058, while the daily positivity rate declined to 2.49%. India reported 15,220 recoveries in the last 24 hours, taking the total recoveries to 4,36,54,064.
