India sees 45% jump in daily COVID-19 cases with 17,073 cases in last 24 hours
India reported 17,073 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, marking a jump of more than 45% in the number of daily COVID-19 cases. India had reported 11,739 COVID-19 cases on Sunday. Active COVID-19 cases in the country stand at 94,420. Meanwhile, the death toll due to COVID-19 in India has risen to 5,25,020.
