Modern Wisdom host Chris Williamson said that Indian arranged marriages may actually outperform Western love-based unions. "The success of arranged marriage seems pretty high," he said, calling Western marriage rates "not fantastic". He blamed endless dating options for couples quitting too soon. "If you can always swipe your partner away, why stick around to make it work?" he asked.
