Indian spinner once bowled record 21 maiden overs in a row

Former Indian spinner Bapu Nadkarni bowled a record 21.5 consecutive overs (131 balls) without conceding a run against England in Chennai on January 12, 1964. Nadkarni gave only five runs in the innings, finishing with figures of 32-27-5-0 and the all-time best economy rate of 0.15 (minimum 60 balls). Nadkarni ended his Test career with an economy rate of 1.67.
