Infosys Co-founder SD Shibulal on Wednesday purchased company's shares worth ₹100 crore through an open market transaction. He bought over 7.58 lakh shares at an average price of ₹1,317.95 apiece, according to the block deal data on BSE. According to regulatory filing, Shibulal's wife sold the same number of shares at the same price on Wednesday.
