According to Bernstein analyst Toni Sacconaghi, the average upgrade cycle for Apple iPhones has risen from three years in 2018 fiscal year to every four years in 2019. He further said he expects 16% of iPhone installed base to upgrade this year. Earlier, Apple CEO Tim Cook had said "customers are holding on to...older iPhones a bit longer" than before.
