Justice Arun Mishra said he was "literally shocked" over government's failure to enforce Supreme Court's order on collecting telecom dues. He rebuked a telecom department official who issued an order asking for "no coercive action" against telcos. "Is there no law left in this country? I am literally anguished. I should not work in this country at all," he added.
