IIT Madras-incubated startup Agnikul Cosmos has signed a non-disclosure agreement with the space department that will let it access ISRO's technical expertise to build its rocket. ISRO said it would help Agnikul test and qualify its small rocket that can launch 100-kilogram satellites into low earth orbit. Agnikul's product, Agnibaan, is designed to carry up to 100 kilograms of payload.
