ISRO Chairman K Sivan has said the agency is aiming to launch India's first human space mission by December 2021, adding it wants to train both male and female astronauts. Sivan added initial training will be done in India and advanced training will most likely be in Russia. ISRO will perform two unmanned missions before manned mission, he further said.
