Jet Airways on Wednesday said it has implemented a new framework under which changes or cancellations made by a domestic passenger seven days before departure would attract smaller penalty compared to rates after this period. Furthermore, a cancellation charge of ₹3,800 would be imposed on 'flex category' business class flyers. Flyers under this category were earlier exempt from cancellation fee.
