The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested Jammu and Kashmir resident Bilal Ahmed Kuchey for allegedly providing logistical support to terrorists who planned the Pulwama terror attack last year. The main perpetrators of the attack had stayed in his house, the NIA said. He is also accused of providing them with "high-end mobile phones" to communicate with Pakistan-based JeM leadership.
