JSW Infra has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% stake in 3 rail rakes firms for an enterprise value of ₹1,212 crore. The agreement involves acquisition of equity shares of JSW Rail Infra Logistics, JSW Minerals Rail Logistics, and JSW (South) Rail Logistics. The transaction is expected to deliver an annualised EBITDA of ₹150 crore by FY 2027.
