A day after IGP Kashmir range, Vijay Kumar, asked media persons not to carry any live coverage of encounter sites, journalists in Kashmir have accused Kumar of "coercion". "It also seems to be a part of the string of measures taken by the authorities to suppress freedom of press in the region," read a statement released by Kashmir Press Club.
