Kazakhstan President orders Special Operations Force after unrest

Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed the country's National Security Council to establish a Special Operations Force, reported Sputnik citing Presidential press service. The report also said that Tokayev ordered the council to submit proposals to reform the national security system. This comes in the wake of recent anti-government demonstrations over fuel price hike in Kazakhstan.
