Kenya lifts ban on genetically modified crops in response to drought
short by Athira Sasidharan / on Tuesday, 4 October, 2022
Kenya on Monday lifted a ban on openly cultivating genetically modified crops, reversing a decade-old decision in response to the worst drought to affect the East African region in 40 years.
