A brother-sister duo who were put in home quarantine in Kochi, Kerala after returning from UK, defied authorities and flew back, said municipality's Health Inspector. They arrived on March 13 and authorities were in contact with them till March 20. They claimed to be in Mumbai due to an emergency but were later found to have flown back to UK.
