Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan on Monday launched software application K-SWIFT (Kerala Single Window Interface for Fast, Transparent Clearances) to ensure clearance of investment proposals within 30 days of application. After 30 days, proposals will be deemed cleared if the application isn't processed by then, he added. The 30-day limit may be reduced to 15 days in future, he further said.
