Kerala government has decided to offer a government job to wife of the journalist who was killed after he was hit by a car allegedly driven by IAS officer Sriram Venkitaraman. KM Basheer's wife will be offered a job at the Malayalam University in Malappuram district. The government also decided to give ₹4 lakh as financial aid to Basheer's family.
