Several schools in Kerala have started ringing the bell twice or thrice a day to remind students to drink water. A school teacher said a proposal in this regard, to be implemented across the state, has also been submitted to the Education Department. Meanwhile, the Education Department said, "We have to analyse the scenario before taking a decision."
