A landlord was arrested in Delhi for allegedly killing his tenant for using a 100-watt bulb, police said on Sunday. An argument broke out after the landlord raised objections over the usage of a 100-watt bulb by the tenant as it consumes more electricity. The landlord slapped the tenant twice that led to an internal injury, the police added.
