Former Indian cricket team captain Bishan Singh Bedi has said that lower income Indian Premier League players are prone to betting. He further added that IPL should not be the basis of selection to Team India. "The lower income player doesn't have the skills, how does he catch up? The only way he sees is betting," he added.
