The initial public offer (IPO) of Macrotech Developers, formerly known as Lodha Developers, was subscribed 35% on the second day of bidding with total bids of 1.26 crore shares. The issue price of the ₹2,500-crore IPO, which will close on Friday, was fixed at ₹483-₹486 apiece. Recently, the developer raised ₹740 crore through anchor investors.
