Shruti Sharma, who topped the UPSC Civil Services 2021, revealed her strategy for preparing for the prestigious exam. She said she made her own notes from newspapers and focussed on "answer writing practice for better presentation". The JNU alumna, who scored 340 out of 400 marks, said UP cadre is her first preference.
