Automaker Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has reported a 25% decline in its August sales at 36,085 units compared to 48,324 units in the corresponding month last year. It attributed the decline to the recent slowdown in the automotive industry. The automaker's monthly passenger vehicles sales fell 32% year-on-year to 13,507 units, while commercial vehicle sales declined 28% to 14,684 units.
