Religare's former promoter Malvinder Singh has filed a complaint against former associates Sunil and Sanjay Godhwani for allegedly defrauding Singh's Malav Holdings of ₹30 crore. Singh claimed the Godhwani brothers, along with some Ligare Aviation employees, sanctioned fake invoices for fictitious expenses. He also accused them of causing around ₹18.8-crore loss by fraudulently approving payments.
