A 29-year-old man has been arrested in Pune for throwing stone and biting a policeman's hand who stopped him for violating traffic rules. The accused, Mangesh Shamakant Kale, reportedly had also threatened and abused policeman Parmeshwar Padale. The incident took place in Erandwana on Monday midnight. A case has been registered against the accused at the Deccan Gymkhana police station.
