A man was seen driving his car while wearing a helmet in Uttar Pradesh's Agra on Monday. He did this after the police allegedly fined him for not wearing a helmet while driving the four-wheeler earlier. Gulshan said the police fined him ₹1,100 on November 26, adding, "I was wearing the seatbelt."
