A 29-year-old Mumbai man named Akshay Gaikwad managed to retrieve his phone within five hours after it was snatched on a local train, said Government Railway Police officers. Gaikwad jumped off the train to chase the thief but the latter managed to escape. Gaikwad's phone was retrieved after he approached the GRP and helped identify the thief via CCTV footage.
