A woman filed an application under the Right to Information (RTI) Act after her husband refused to share details of his income with her. The Central Information Commission (CIC) directed the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Bareilly to inform her about her husband's gross and net taxable incomes in 15 days. Her previous appeals to CPIO and FAA were dismissed.
