Indian boxer MC Mary Kom advanced to the last eight of the Women's World Boxing Championship by defeating Aigerim Kassenayeva of Kazakhstan in the 48kg category. However, former champion Sarita Devi went down 2-3 to Ireland's Kellie Harrington in her 60 kg category second round. Mary will next face China's Wu Yu in the quarter-finals on Tuesday.
