Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti has been shifted to government quarters in Srinagar, owing to onset of winters. Mufti was residing in Chashme Shahi since her detention by the central government in August. Her daughter Iltija Mufti had raised concerns over her mother's health, seeking a shift in her location.
