BSP chief Mayawati on Saturday said the memorials and parks built in honour of Dalit and OBC leaders provide regular income to Uttar Pradesh government. She further called the memorials "grand identity" of UP and a "tourist attraction". This comes a day after the Supreme Court observed that Mayawati should reimburse public money spent on her statues.
