Facebook-parent Meta complied with a search warrant request from police in Nebraska's Madison County without knowing they were probing a woman accused of aiding her 17-year-old daughter in an unlawful abortion at 23 weeks. Meta had faced backlash from reproductive rights activists. The woman and her daughter, who're now being prosecuted, had earlier told police the daughter had a miscarriage.
