The J&K Police has clarified that DSP Davinder Singh, who was arrested with terrorists, hasn't been awarded any gallantry or meritorious medal by Ministry of Home Affairs as reported by some media houses. "J&K Police is known for its professionalism and doesn't spare anyone including its own cadres if found involved in any unlawful act or unbecoming conduct," it added.
