Mindtree Co-founder Krishnakumar Natarajan and his family sold over 4.66 lakh shares in the startup for ₹42 crore between September 15-23. The sale reduced their combined shareholding to 2.01%, filings revealed. Earlier this month, another filing had revealed that Natarajan and his family sold over 42 lakh shares in the startup in multiple tranches between April 30-September 14.
