The Madhya Pradesh Human Rights Commission has served a notice to state Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains following claims that some IAS officers and health department staffers suffering from Covid-19 delayed their hospitalisation by up to two days. The MPHRC said it took note of the matter on the basis of a news report and Congress MP Vivek Tankha's tweets.
