After a portion of a Mumbai CSMT foot overbridge collapsed on Thursday killing at least five and injuring 36 people, Maharashtra Minister Vinod Tawde said that the bridge wasn't in a bad condition. "It required minor repairs for which work was underway," said Tawde. "Why was it not closed until the work was completed, it'll also be probed," he added.
