Actress Neha Dhupia has created an Instagram account of her daughter, Mehr, after she turned 10 months old on Wednesday. Neha also shared the pictures of Mehr on Instagram and captioned, "May the sun always shine on you... may your head always be high...your ponytail even higher...our baby girl." Neha gave birth to Mehr in November last year.
